Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Color or Size Issues
Please ensure that you carefully check the product details, including sizes and colors, before purchasing. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any issues related to the color (Slight Color difference will be there due to screen and lighting kindly note this ) or size of the product. All sizes and color options are clearly mentioned on the product page of our website.

2. Exchange for Damaged Items Only
We offer an exchange for products that are received damaged. To process an exchange request for a damaged item, the following conditions must be met:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) must be submitted. The video should show the packaging as well as the condition of the product at the time of opening.
  • The unopened video is mandatory for us to accept any claims for damaged items. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.

3. Time Frame for Damaged Item Claims
Please notify us about any damaged items within  2 days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Processing Exchanges
Once we receive the required documentation (unboxing video and damage details), we will assess the issue and proceed with the exchange if eligible. The exchange will be for the same product, subject to availability.

5. Shipping Costs
In the event of a valid exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product and customer returning to product . However, customers are responsible for  shipping the damaged product we will cover the charges .

6. No Claims Without Proper Evidence
To ensure a smooth process and to avoid delays, please make sure your unboxing video is clear and without any interruptions or edits. Without the necessary video evidence, we will be unable to process any claims.
